Senior Technical Program Manager (TPM)

for a one of the

largest Payments/Financial service clients , to lead complex, cross-functional engineering programs in a fast-paced, Agile environment. This role will focus on driving delivery across multiple teams while supporting the evolution of a large-scale, cloud-based platform.

What You’ll Do (Day-to-Day):
Drive end-to-end program execution across multiple engineering teams
Manage dependencies, risks, and blockers to ensure timely delivery
Partner with product and engineering to define requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria
Own program status updates and communicate effectively with stakeholders and leadership
Facilitate Agile ceremonies (sprint planning, reviews, retrospectives)
Monitor metrics and performance data to drive continuous improvement
Support feature launches, track adoption, and incorporate feedback post-release
Coordinate across teams to ensure alignment on roadmap and delivery goals

Must-Have Skills:
Strong experience as a Technical Program Manager / Program Manager in a software environment
Proven track record of delivering complex, cross-functional technical programs
Hands-on experience with Agile methodologies (Scrum/Kanban)
Expertise with JIRA (or Rally) and Microsoft Project
Ability to manage dependencies, risks, and stakeholder communication effectively
Strong understanding of cloud-based systems, APIs, and distributed architectures
Excellent communication skills with the ability to work across technical and business teams

Nice-to-Have Skills:
Experience in payments, fintech, or financial services
Exposure to microservices, CI/CD, DevOps practices
Knowledge of IaaS, PaaS, serverless technologies, or NoSQL databases
Experience working on platform or large-scale system modernization initiatives

Education
Bachelors’ degree is preferred, but not required

A reasonable, good faith estimate of the minimum and maximum hourly wage for this position is $60 - $70 Hourly on W2.
