Key Responsibilities
Drive end-to-end program execution across multiple teams, ensuring aligned and coordinated delivery
Identify and remove blockers, proactively finding solutions in challenging situations
Act as the
single point of contact and source of truth
for program status, risks, and progress
Understand business strategy and translate it into scalable technical program plans
Define, track, and report program metrics to ensure alignment with organizational goals
Manage cross-team dependencies to ensure production readiness at launch
Identify risks early and drive mitigation throughout the SDLC
Evaluate technical designs (scalability, latency, performance, security, and data integrity)
Operate effectively in ambiguous environments with minimal guidance
Required Qualifications
Strong experience in
Technical Program Management / Project Management
Proven ability to manage large-scale, cross-functional programs
Hands-on experience with
Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban)
Expertise in
JIRA, Rally, and Microsoft Project
Strong analytical and data-driven decision-making skills
Excellent communication skills with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels
Demonstrated ability to work independently and drive outcomes
Preferred Qualifications (Nice to Have)
Experience in
Payments domain
(highly preferred)
Knowledge of
cloud-native architectures and platforms at scale
Familiarity with:
IaaS / PaaS / Serverless technologies
CI/CD pipelines
Microservices and APIs
NoSQL databases
Distributed systems and DevOps practices
Basic understanding of
Java
(not mandatory)
