Role/Responsibilities
Program & Delivery Management
Own end‑to‑end program execution for UX and creative initiatives, from intake and planning through delivery and post‑launch review.
Create and maintain integrated project plans, schedules, and dependencies across multiple concurrent workstreams.
Ensure teams are aligned to milestones, deliverables, and priorities throughout all phases of execution.
Operational Excellence & Scale
Partner with studio leadership to support high‑volume production workflows, balancing speed, quality, and capacity.
Identify risks, blockers, and dependencies early; proactively drive mitigation plans before issues impact delivery.
Lead escalation management and facilitate trade‑off discussions to enable timely decision‑making.
Metrics, Reporting & Capacity
Own program‑level metrics, reporting, and insights, including delivery health, throughput, and capacity management.
Use data to surface trends, forecast demand, and inform prioritization and resourcing decisions.
Provide clear, concise status updates to stakeholders and leadership.
Cross‑Functional Collaboration
Act as a connective tissue between UX, design, content, engineering, operations, and marketing partners.
Facilitate clear, consistent communication across teams to ensure shared understanding and accountability.
Drive alignment across global, multi‑disciplinary teams with varying inputs and constraints.
Process Improvement & Continuous Learning
Partner with production and UX teams to capture learnings, identify gaps, and evolve studio processes.
Contribute to standardization efforts, playbooks, and best practices across DDS Studio.
Support special projects and pilots that advance tooling, automation, or new ways of working.
Qualifications & Experience
5+ years of experience in program or project management, preferably within UX, design, creative production, or digital product environments.
Proven ability to manage multiple complex initiatives simultaneously in a fast‑paced, ambiguous environment.
Strong analytical skills with experience owning metrics, reporting, and operational insights.
Hands‑on experience with project tracking and workflow tools (e.g., Azure DevOps or similar).
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to influence without authority.
Demonstrated experience identifying risks, facilitating trade‑offs, and resolving delivery challenges.
Strong attention to detail and a bias toward action and accountability.
Working knowledge of UX and creative production workflows and tools.
Desired Qualifications
Experience supporting e‑commerce, digital marketing, or large‑scale content production programs.
UX, design, or creative studio experience strongly preferred.
Demonstrated success collaborating across global, cross‑functional teams.
Experience driving process improvement, operational maturity, or scaling production workflows.
Comfort working in a production studio environment where priorities shift and speed matters.
Pay and Benefits
Pay Range Minimum: $58.00 per hour
Pay Range Maximum: $60.00 per hour
