We’re hiring an Environmental Health & Safety (EHS) Manager to lead safety initiatives at our client's food manufacturing facility in Lebanon, IN.

What you’ll do:
Champion a proactive food manufacturing safety culture across the plant floor
Lead EHS programs, training, and safety orientations for employees, contractors, and visitors
Ensure compliance with OSHA, EPA, and food industry safety standards
Conduct audits, inspections, and incident investigations to drive continuous improvement
Oversee industrial hygiene, chemical safety, waste management, and emergency preparedness
Partner cross-functionally with operations, engineering, HR, and plant leadership to enhance safety performance
Drive change management initiatives that improve safety, quality, and operational efficiency
What we’re looking for:
EHS leadership experience in food manufacturing or high-speed production environments
Strong knowledge of regulatory compliance and safety systems
Proven ability to engage frontline teams and influence a culture of accountability
A hands-on leader who thrives on continuous improvement and zero-incident goals
Excellent communication skills with the ability to build trust across all levels of the organization
