Shift:
Wed–Sat, 6:00 PM – 4:30 AM (Flexible)
Overtime:
Up to 20 hours/week
Training:
2 weeks (Mon–Fri, 9:00 AM – 5:30 PM)
Interviews:

About the Role
We are hiring a Safety Specialist to support workplace safety, compliance, and audit activities in a 24/7 industrial environment. This role focuses on OSHA compliance, audits, incident investigations, and safety training.
Key Responsibilities
Conduct daily, weekly, and monthly
safety audits and observations
Identify risks and ensure
OSHA compliance (29 CFR 1910)
Support
incident investigations
and documentation
Maintain safety records and update internal systems
Train employees and managers on
safety procedures
Assist with
hazardous waste, fire prevention , and safety programs
Drive
process improvements
and ensure follow-ups
Required Skills
1+ year experience in
EHS / Safety / Industrial Safety
Knowledge of
OSHA regulations (29 CFR 1910)
Experience with
Excel and Microsoft Office
Strong communication and ability to work across teams
Flexible for
night shifts / weekends
Preferred Skills
Bachelor’s degree in related field
Experience in
incident investigation, hazard analysis
Workers’ compensation or case management experience
CPR or emergency response training
Experience in
industrial, warehouse, or healthcare settings
Qualifications
1+ years of safety/EHS experience
Degree preferred (not mandatory)
Nice to Have
Industrial safety background (must-have environment)
Military safety experience (highly valued)
