
Branch Manager (Lancaster County)

Position Overview
The Branch Manager leads the team in supporting the service technicians in the field. This manager works directly with service technicians, dispatch personnel, and other managers to ensure customer satisfaction while meeting departmental goals and objectives. The Branch Manager will present themselves as a senior company representative, often communicating directly with customers, vendors, and suppliers to ensure accurate communication of job or project status and requirements.
Responsibilities:
Lead branch service operations to help drive revenue growth, profitability, and customer satisfaction.
Oversee budgets and key operational metrics to ensure branch goals are achieved.
Maintain strong communication with vendors, suppliers, and customers regarding service issues, warranties, and product performance
Ensure service vehicles, parts inventory, and equipment are maintained in compliance with company standards.
Review work orders, invoices, and reports for accuracy, efficiency, and profitability.
Provide timely and accurate customer quotes while maintaining strong client relationships.
Support technician scheduling, dispatch coordination, and workload management to meet service demands.
Partner with Service Managers to train and develop technicians on technical skills, safety, and quality standards.
Recruit, interview, and onboard branch and field staff to support growth and operational needs.
Conduct employee performance reviews, set improvement goals, and validate payroll accuracy.
Ensure compliance with health, safety, and company policies while promoting a safe, productive work environment.
Foster collaboration, accountability, and trust across the branch team to maintain high morale and engagement.
Demonstrate commercial awareness and entrepreneurial thinking to identify opportunities for growth and process improvement.
Represent the branch as a visible, trusted leader with employees, customers, and external partners.
Qualifications
Experience with HVAC and Refrigeration service a plus
Problem-solving and conflict-management skills.
Detail-oriented and highly organized with the ability to handle multiple tasks and assignments.
Ability to create processes to grow the service department.
Ability to work well with management, executive leadership, support staff, and technicians.
