Day to day:
Serve as the primary liaison between internal teams, onsite Points of Contact (POCs), and external vendors to ensure site readiness and delivery excellence.
Manage the lifecycle of Equipment Install Plans (EIP); reconcile against Sales Orders (SO), troubleshoot mismatches, and resolve customer tickets with a focus on project timelines.
Facilitate regular syncs with stakeholders to provide status updates, mitigate risks, and ensure transparency across the supply chain network.
Drive operational excellence by monitoring and reporting on KPIs and SLAs, using data to identify bottlenecks in the vendor or site delivery pipeline.
Identify opportunities to streamline workflows, reduce waste, and improve scalability through data-driven problem-solving.
Maintain rigorous internal documentation to support training, standardize project workflows, and ensure operational consistency across the network.
Must haves:
Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Operations, or a related field.
6 months – 1 year of experience in a Project Coordinator or Supply Chain role.
Proven ability to communicate effectively with diverse groups, including vendors, onsite field teams, and corporate stakeholders.
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUPs, Pivot Tables, data modeling) and a strong grasp of data analytics to support decision-making.
Strong mathematical and logical problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret complex system workflows.
Ability to operate effectively in a fast-paced, execution-focused environment with shifting priorities.
Plusses:
Proficiency in SQL for data extraction and analysis.
Experience driving process improvements, cost optimization, or operational excellence initiatives.
Exposure to KPIs, SLAs, or large-scale operational metrics in a supply chain or operations environment.
Familiarity with cross-functional collaboration in complex, matrixed organizations.
Experience documenting processes or supporting internal training efforts
Salary and Compensation:
The hourly rate for this position is between
$20 - $22 per hour . Factors which may affect pay within this range may include geography/market, skills, education, experience, and other qualifications of the successful candidate.
