The Choice, Inc., is seeking a professional and dependable Temporary Receptionist to provide front desk coverage for a client located near Union Station (Red Line Metro access).
This is a great short-term opportunity for someone who enjoys front-facing roles and can quickly step in to support a busy office environment.

On-site, office located near Union Station
Training:
Friday, May 22 (9:00 AM – 1:00 PM)
Coverage Dates:
Tuesday, May 26 – Friday, May 29
Note:
Office closed Monday, May 25 in observance of Memorial Day
Schedule:
9:00 AM – 5:15 PM daily
45-minute lunch break (7.5 paid hours per day)
Pay Rate:
$25/hour
Responsibilities:
Greet and assist visitors in a professional, friendly manner
Answer and route incoming calls via switchboard/phone system
Maintain front desk operations and a welcoming office environment
Perform light administrative duties as needed
Qualifications:
Prior receptionist, switchboard, or customer service experience required
Familiarity with Microsoft Teams Phone strongly preferred
Strong communication and organizational skills
Punctual, reliable, and professional presentation
Flexible and able to handle a variety of tasks as needed
