Position Overview:
This role is ideal for someone organized, flexible, and proactive. You’ll assist with a mix of administrative, operational, and personal support tasks to help keep day-to-day activities running smoothly during a high-demand period.

Key Responsibilities:
Business Support:
Assist with scheduling, email management, and client communication
Help coordinate event details
Organize files, documents, and internal systems
Support inventory tracking and light operational tasks
Assist with social media posts or marketing updates (if applicable)
Personal Assistance:
Run occasional errands
Help manage calendar appointments
Assist with personal organization and miscellaneous tasks as needed

Qualifications:
Strong organizational and time management skills
Excellent communication and attention to detail
Ability to multitask and adapt in a fast-paced environment
Self-starter with a proactive mindset
Comfortable handling both professional and personal tasks with discretion
Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation

Schedule & Compensation:
Flexible schedule based on business needs
Position runs through June 15, 2026
Compensation: $22.00/hr
