a well-known global energy technology leader,
is actively hiring an
HR Manager
to join their team in
El Paso, TX! This role will be oniste.
*This is a 6 month W2 contract with benefits offered!*
In this role, you will be
managing day-to-day employee relations and HR related questions.
You will be the
first point of contact for all hourly associates and be the lead on any employee escalations, investigations, and complaints.
Responsibilities:
Support HR Management in
coaching the leadership team, provide advise and support on all HR related matters
Facilitate
HR system processes and ensure data accuarcy through digital tools
Own and lead all hourly recruitment at the site
Lead employee hiring/contractor conversion efforts
to ensure continuity in workforce requirements
Lead DE&I Committee at the site
Skills:
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Management, or realted
2+ years of experince in HR generalist area
Expeirence with
domestic mobility
Prior experience in manufacturing in a plus
Bilingual Spanish and English preferred
