Travel Required (3 Days/Week to Projects)
$135K – $165K Base + Vehicle + Per Diem + Full Benefits

We are hiring an experienced
Project Manager – Substations
to oversee the full lifecycle of substation and power delivery projects from award through turnover. This role is ideal for a strong field-connected PM who understands schedules, budgets, subcontractors, client relationships, and project execution.
What You’ll Do:
Manage substation / utility infrastructure projects nationwide
Own budgets, schedules, forecasting, and profitability
Lead field coordination with Superintendents and Construction teams
Manage subcontractors, vendors, and procurement flow
Drive client communication and project reporting
Oversee safety, quality, and successful turnover
What We Need:
7+ years Project Management experience
Substation, utility, EPC, industrial, or design-build background
Strong field execution mindset
Comfortable with travel
Proven ability to lead projects from start to finish
Compensation:
$135K – $165K Base DOE
Company vehicle or $1,200/mo allowance
$90–$120/day per diem
Flights/fuel covered
PTO + Holidays + Christmas week off
