Our client seeks a senior Technical Program Manager to lead digital and AI-focused programs across fraud authentication, AI enablement, application modernization, and data center exit. The role manages high-velocity releases, complex dependencies, and governance across engineering, infrastructure, network, and AI teams. Financial services expertise and experience in regulated environments will drive reliable delivery at scale.

Rate: $75.00 to $85.00/hr. w2
Responsibilities
Own end-to-end program and project management for large-scale digital initiatives across fraud authentication, AI enablement, application modernization, and data center migration and exit.
Manage delivery across a distributed Bay Area team of engineers and program managers.
Drive execution under SOW-based engagements, maintaining scope, milestones, approvals, and deliverables.
Oversee release planning and coordination to scale from approximately 4 releases per month to 40+ releases per month.
Partner with architecture, infrastructure, and network teams to coordinate dependencies, manage platform readiness, and enforce release and change management best practices.
Provide governance including roadmaps, RAID logs, status reporting, and executive-level communication.
Serve as a trusted partner to business and technology stakeholders within leadership for digital technology initiatives.
Experience Requirements
8–12+ years of experience in technical program or project management.
Financial services background within large enterprise banking environments.
Prior Wells Fargo experience.
Track record leading large, cross-functional technology programs.
Expertise in release management, network dependencies, and infrastructure and application lifecycle.
Experience with AI, machine learning, or enterprise AI enablement initiatives.
Ability to operate in high-change and high-scale environments.
Experience supporting fraud, authentication, or security platforms (preferred).
Data center migration and application exit strategies experience (preferred).
Application modernization program experience (preferred).
Exposure to enterprise-scale AI transformations such as DTI (preferred).
Strong stakeholder management experience within regulated environments (preferred).
