Role Description
We’re looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to support our growing team. This role is ideal for someone who is highly organized, comfortable working in Excel, and confident.
Essential Functions :
Manage and update spreadsheets in Microsoft Excel
Answer incoming calls and communicate professionally with clients and partners
Provide general administrative support to team members and leadership
Organize documents, files, and internal systems
Assist with scheduling, follow-ups, and task coordination
Maintain accurate records and ensure data integrity
Qualifications
Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Excel
Excellent communication skills, especially over the phone
Friendly, professional, and dependable demeanor
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Ability to multitask and prioritize
Previous administrative experience is a plus
