C r ea t e r e l ea s e s f o r eac h P O to s e nd to w a r e ho u s e s .
Process small parcel labels.
Create and send Amazon/Chewy labels to HWY20 team.
M a ke fr e i g ht a rr a ng e m e n t s .
O r g a nize a nd maint a in hard c opies and e l ec t r o nic docu m e ntation s upp o r ting o r d e r f u lfillm e nt, di s t r i bution, p r i c ing a nd c o n t r ac tu a l oblig a tio n s .
M a intain acc ur a te ret a il p r o d u c t inv e nt o r y a nd a s s i s t w i th mon t hly r ec onci l i a tio n s to o ut s ide wa r e ho u s e s .
Accounting for retail discounts.
Gather BOL’s from multiple warehouses for invoicing.
P r o ces s r e ta i l i nvoi ce s acc u r a tely a nd timel y .
Online (EDI) p o rt a l p r o ce ss i ng.
Scan and save invoice packets.
P r ovide c u s tom e r s e r vi c e a s n ee d e d to Sal e s te a m a s we ll a s ou t s ide c u s t ome r s and internal QA team .
Per f o r m o ther d u ties a s a ss i gn e d.
In time, with growth, assist in other areas of A/R processing.
This position has been identified as holding responsibility for food safety and quality of the company. This responsibility extends over all shifts.
During absence, the following position serves as coverage to this position: Retail Order Processor
