Assembly Technician -- SAHDC5790411 (Indianapolis)

Key Responsibilities:
Perform hand assembly of components and products following work instructions and specifications
Assemble parts using hand tools, power tools, and basic machinery
Inspect finished products to ensure quality standards and specifications are met
Operate manufacturing equipment and maintain consistent production output
Follow standard operating procedures (SOPs), safety guidelines, and quality requirements
Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
Record production data and complete required documentation accurately
Identify defects or issues and report them to supervisors promptly
Assist with packaging, labeling, and preparing products for shipment
Work collaboratively with team members to meet production goals and deadlines
Required Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent
Experience in manufacturing, assembly, or production environments
Ability to perform repetitive tasks with attention to detail
Basic knowledge of hand tools and assembly processes
Ability to stand for extended periods and lift/move materials as needed
Strong work ethic and ability to follow instructions
