Job Description:
Job Summary:
This role is responsible for designing, testing, maintaining, and supporting software and infrastructure systems for IT asset management and enterprise environments. The position involves process management, software deployment, system configuration, troubleshooting, and reporting. It also includes technical support for Tier 3 issues, planning and implementing enhancement initiatives, and ensuring compliance and efficiency across IT systems and asset records.
Job Responsibilities:
Design, test, and maintain software for IT asset management systems
Manage and maintain IT asset inventory, licensing, patching, and reporting systems
Configure and support Microsoft-based infrastructure, including enterprise application deployment
Provide Tier 3 technical support and mentor Tier 2 technicians
Coordinate with support teams, help desks, and customers to resolve technical issues
Plan and implement projects and technology enhancements
Create, test, deploy, and monitor software releases, operating systems, security patches, and compliance configurations
Administer and support MEMCM (SCCM), Intune, M365, Citrix VDI, and SharePoint
Configure and manage Mobile Device Management (MDM) and Software Asset Management (SAM) tools
Monitor daily incident and service request queues and document all work in ticketing tools
Schedule and document deployments in alignment with project timelines and CAB approvals
Prepare Change records and provide knowledge transfer to technical staff
Perform other project and process improvement duties as assigned
Required Skills:
Strong proficiency with Microsoft 365 Suite
Experience with MEMCM (SCCM), OSD, MDT, Intune, SNOW, MBAM, LAPS, WSUS
Experience with SharePoint, Citrix VDI, and M365 administration
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
Well-developed written and verbal communication abilities
Capable of multitasking in a fast-paced, professional environment
Ability to make independent decisions and prioritize work
Ability to interact effectively with all levels of personnel and leadership
Preferred Skills:
Experience with SAP and utility construction software support
Familiarity with SQL, SSRS, Power BI, Active Directory, Group Policy, Certificate Services, IIS
Certifications:
Education:
Bachelor’s degree in information technology, Business Administration, Financial, Management, or related field
