Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology, active SLP license and 1+ year of Speech-Language Pathology experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered. Step into a rewarding opportunity as a Speech-Language Pathologist supporting students in the 4K-5 age group for the upcoming 26/27 school year. This full-time contract position offers the chance to make a tangible impact on young learners communication skills across one to two school sites in the Saint Germain, WI area. You will work with a caseload of approximately 25-40 students, supporting their growth and development through dedicated, individualized intervention. Key Qualifications:Hold a current Wisconsin Speech-Language Pathologist license Possess Wisconsin Educator Certification Master’s degree in Communicative Disorders or a closely related field Accepting SLPs with CCC or Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) status Experience working with school-age populations preferred Strong collaborative skills and an ability to adapt to multiple school environments
Primary Responsibilities:Conduct screenings, evaluations, and assessments for students in the 4K-5th grade range Develop and implement individualized education programs (IEPs) tailored to each student’s needs Provide direct therapy services and monitor progress for students on your caseload Collaborate with educators, families, and other specialists to support student success Maintain timely records, documentation, and compliance with school and legal requirements Offer support across one or two school sites as assigned
