Desired Qualifications:• Valid state licensure or eligibility as a Speech-Language Pathologist• Certificate of Clinical Competence (SLP-CCC) or Clinical Fellowship Year (SLP-CFY) completed or in progress• Experience or strong interest in pediatric and school-based speech therapy• Demonstrated skill working with K-12 populations, tailoring interventions to individual needs• Strong communication and documentation abilities• Ability to thrive in a collaborative, multidisciplinary setting

Key Responsibilities:• Provide speech and language therapy services to students from kindergarten through 12th grade• Evaluate students for speech/language disorders, complete assessments, and collaborate on Individualized Education Programs (IEPs)• Develop and implement targeted treatment plans to support student communication and academic progress• Work closely with teachers, counselors, caregivers, and other professionals to maximize student outcomes• Maintain organized records and progress notes to ensure compliance with state and federal guidelines• Participate in team meetings, IEP reviews, and ongoing professional growth activities
