What Youll Do
Manage a caseload of first-party property insurance defense cases
Draft pleadings, motions, and discovery responses
Conduct depositions, argue motions, attend hearings, and prep for trial
Partner with clients and claims professionals to drive case strategy
Support anti-fraud efforts in high-stakes litigation
What Were Looking For
35+ years of litigation experience (insurance defense preferred)
Confident managing files and appearing in court
Strong legal writing and research skills
Texas bar license preferred
Experience with first-party property claims is a plus
