Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology, active SLP license and 1+ year of Speech-Language Pathology experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered. This contract opportunity is designed for a speech-language pathologist passionate about supporting children’s communication and language development during a maternity leave coverage. The role begins May 1st and runs through June 12th, Monday through Friday, 9am to 3pm, with additional needs for extended school year (ESY) services and a second coverage period from September 8th through October 20th. Part-time schedules will be considered, offering flexibility for those seeking a reduced workload. Desired Qualifications:Master’s degree in Speech-Language PathologyValid state SLP license and ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) or Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) eligibilityExperience in pediatric or school-based settings preferredConfident in assessing, diagnosing, and treating speech, voice, language, and fluency disordersStrong communication and collaboration skills with students, caregivers, and teachersAbility to organize caseload and document services in a timely manner Key Responsibilities:Deliver direct speech-language therapy services to K-12 students in accordance with IEPsConduct screenings, evaluations, and ongoing progress monitoringMaintain accurate documentation and participate in IEP meetingsCollaborate with educators, parents, and other related service providers to optimize student outcomesSupport ESY needs as part of the summer program Enjoy the chance to make a positive impact in a supportive school environment with potential for a flexible schedule.
