We’re expanding our team and looking for a detail-oriented professional to support our Trusts & Estates practice.
Our growing Trusts and Estates firm is seeking an experienced administrative professional to provide support to attorneys and clients. The role involves handling a broad range of responsibilities related to estate planning, trust administration, and probate matters—while maintaining meaningful client contact.
Responsibilities
Supporting attorneys with estate and trust administration tasks
Preparing and organizing legal documents and correspondence
Communicating with clients, financial institutions, and other professionals
Maintaining accurate records and assisting with case management activities
Qualifications
Minimum of three years’ experience in a professional office environment, preferably in legal, financial, or administrative services
Strong organizational and communication skills with attention to detail
Ability to manage multiple priorities and maintain confidentiality
Familiarity with estate or trust administration is valued but not required—training and professional development are available for the right candidate
