
Litigation Paralegal

Our client, a fabulous mid-size national firm is seeking a Litigation Paralegal to support a partner in the Sacramento office who practices healthcare litigation. The firm is forward-thinking, egalitarian, and has strong DEI programs that include active affinity and employee resource groups. The position reports into an awesome paralegal manager who is supportive, has a great sense of humor, and has been with the firm for many years.
This is a hybrid schedule - 3 days in-office, 2 remote.
Responsibilities
Support all phases of litigation, from discovery through trial
Manage case files, calendars, and deadlines
Conduct legal and factual research; draft discovery and case materials
Conduct witness interviews
Assist with trial prep, exhibits, witness coordination, and courtroom support
Collaborate with attorneys, clients, experts, and vendors
Requirements
5+ years of litigation paralegal experience
Strong discovery and eDiscovery experience, including Relativity proficiency
Excellent organizational, analytical, and communication skills
Proficiency in legal research tools (Westlaw/Lexis)
Advanced Excel capabilities including working with large data sets, creating pivot tables, macros, and formulas
Bachelor’s Degree
Compensation
Competitive salary: $90K–$100K + bonus potential
