
HR Plant Generalist

Responsibilities
Lead end-to-end recruitment for hourly and indirect production roles, including sourcing, interviewing, and candidate assessment
Coordinate onboarding processes and support the delivery of training and employee integration programs
Identify training needs and support the development and execution of annual learning and development plans
Manage workforce planning in line with production needs, volume fluctuations, and budget targets
Maintain accurate employee data in HR systems and ensure timely updates
Monitor and report on HR KPIs such as turnover, absenteeism, overtime, and labour costs
Support forecasting and budgeting for headcount and HR-related expenses
Assist in compensation processes, including offers, promotions, and salary adjustments, ensuring policy alignment
Qualifications
Proven experience in Human Resources
Strong understanding of HR practices and labour regulations, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and implement HR initiatives.
