The stylish Hilton Motif Seattle is seeking an Assistant Food and Beverage Manager for their newly renovated restaurant, Frolik Kitchen + Cocktails.

Qualifications
A minimum of 1 year supervisory experience within food and beverage operations
Experience as a high‑volume server or bartender in a high‑volume upscale restaurant
Willingness to work nights, weekends, and holidays as required in a high‑volume restaurant environment
Working knowledge of food, wine, cocktails, and spirits
Demonstrated commitment to delivering exceptional guest experiences and handling guest concerns professionally
Deep understanding of restaurant floor operations, including seating management, service flow, and quality control
Familiarity with POS systems and reservation management software
Previous hotel and fine dining experience preferred

Pay Rate
$32.00 - $34.00 per hour
Schedule
Varied to meet business demands; flexible and open to work mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays

Responsibilities
Assist in the daily management of all hotel food and beverage operations, including restaurant, banquets, room service, etc., to deliver outstanding guest service and financial profitability
Assist in the management of all F&B operations, including guest service, food and beverage quality, inventory management, outlet reservations and occupancy, systems management, budgeting and forecasting, marketing, report generation, department management and meeting participation and facilitation
Ensure consistency in food quality and presentation; monitor cost and portion controls
Assist in monitoring and developing team member performance, including supervision, professional development, schedule adjustments, counseling, and recognition and reward
Meet and greet guests, respond to inquiries, requests and issues in a timely, friendly and efficient manner, and resolve guest concerns
Monitor and assess service and satisfaction trends, evaluate issues and make improvements accordingly
Ensure compliance with health, safety, sanitation and alcohol awareness standards
Assist in recruiting, interviewing and training team members
