Mechanical Maintenance Technician - Night Shift in Lincolnton

Monday-Thursday, 5pm-1:30am; Friday 6pm-2:30am.
Pay
$27 per hour.

You Will Be Doing
Own the upkeep system: track work orders, schedule repairs, and manage parts.
Keep equipment alive and kicking: inspections, repairs, installations of forklifts, conveyors, etc.
Champion facility upkeep: keep plant clean, organized, production-ready.
Lead with safety: follow OSHA standards and company protocols.
Collaborate on LEAN improvements and special projects.
Operate forklifts safely and efficiently (training and certification provided).
Participate in one month of training on day shift.
You Bring to the Table
3+ years of industrial maintenance experience in a fast‑paced environment.
Strong mechanical skills: forklifts, conveyors, dock doors.
Welding and metal fabrication expertise.
Familiarity with preventive maintenance programs and safety practices.
Ability to lift up to 70 lbs and perform physically demanding tasks.
Great communication skills and a team‑first attitude.
Knowledge of Lean and 5S is a plus.
Tech‑savvy with MS Word, Excel, and web‑based systems.
High School Diploma or GED.
Willingness to travel up to 10% when needed.
