Affinity Consulting Group, LLC is seeking a Grants Consultant to support federally funded projects in Puerto Rico. This role will focus on compliance, documentation, and technical assistance to strengthen program execution and ensure alignment with federal requirements.
What You’ll Do
Review and analyze grant documentation to ensure compliance with 2 CFR 200, and agency‑specific guidance.
Provide technical assistance on cost allowability and documentation standards.
Validate expenditures, prepare reimbursement packages, and ensure compliance with 2 CFR 200.
Support subrecipient monitoring, compliance reviews, and audit readiness.
Collaborate with internal teams and external partners.
What We’re Looking For
Experience in federally funded programs.
Knowledge of OMB Uniform Guidance (2 CFR 200) and federal compliance requirements.
Strong skills in documentation review, compliance analysis, and reporting.
Excellent communication and organizational abilities.
Bilingual (Spanish/English) strongly preferred.
