POD Rebate Coordinator Job Summary
Full‑Time | Monday – Friday | 8:00 am – 4:00 pm

The POD Rebate Coordinator is responsible for maintaining the Proof of Delivery Rebate database, pricing in Eclipse, and collecting from vendors.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

Tracking all vendor POD rebate contracts in the rebate database.

Calculating dollar amounts due from vendors and reporting to vendors in the first week of each month.

Reconciling vendor’s POD payment collection monthly.

Accurate record keeping of 3rd‑party PODs.

Professional communication with internal departments and external vendors.

Maintaining proof of delivery contract pricing in Eclipse.

Collecting POD contracts from vendors and continually maintaining/ updating contracts in Eclipse.

Developing efficiencies/improvements in POD processes.

Other duties as assigned by management.

Minimum Qualifications

Attention to detail and accuracy.

High level of Excel and CRM proficiency.

High level of math and analytical skills.

High school diploma with at least 3 years of vendor rebate experience.

Good oral and written communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Business/Accounting.

ERP system experience.

Vendor rebate analysis in a redistribution environment.

Working Environment

Work is performed in an office environment.

Noise level is moderate.

Physical Demands
The employee is frequently required to sit, talk and/or hear; occasionally required to stand or walk. The employee must occasionally lift or move up to 10 pounds while moving files or small packages. Specific vision requirements include close vision and the ability to adjust focus. Manual dexterity is required for calculator and computer keyboard usage.
