Job Summary
Responsible for managing and supporting a wide range of technical systems and equipment. Duties include transporting and setting up technical equipment, maintaining inventory, and ensuring secure and efficient operations. Provide technical support, troubleshoot issues, and offer guidance to peers to minimize disruptions and maintain productivity.
Essential Functions
Transport, set up, install, and decommission systems.
Perform tasks in accordance with layout diagrams and project schedules.
Run diagnostic tests on systems; troubleshoot and resolve any technical issues.
Assist customers as needed with technical issues related to computers, applications, or telecom.
Document issues and resolutions effectively and efficiently.
Provide professional, efficient, and effective customer service to the end‑user community, focused on routine matters.
Monitor and maintain inventory levels for equipment and accessories.
Qualifications
Education:
High School Diploma or Equivalent required.
Experience:
Customer service experience 0‑1 year required.
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
Ability to multitask and prioritize work demands.
Good interpersonal and communication skills.
General knowledge of desktop and laptop computers, printers, and other computing equipment.
Proficiency with associated technical systems and software.
Familiarity with Mac OS, Office 365, and common software applications, as well as phone systems.
Requires a valid drivers license and own transportation.
