We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Scheduling Specialist to support Commissioning & Qualification (C&Q) activities within a regulated project environment. In this role, you will be responsible for developing, maintaining, and analyzing integrated project schedules to ensure alignment between planning, documentation, and field execution. You will play a key role in identifying risks, supporting data-driven decisions, and ensuring timely communication of schedule impacts across cross-functional teams. This position requires strong coordination skills, a solid understanding of C&Q processes, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, compliance-driven environment.

Key Responsibilities

Develop, maintain, and continuously update the integrated C&Q schedule, including plan, actuals, and forecast.

Perform schedule impact analysis and support reporting for C&Q activities.

Align schedule timelines with document preparation and execution phases; provide updates and insights for weekly and monthly project forums.

Identify, communicate, and elevate risks or issues that may impact the C&Q schedule.

Collaborate closely with the Project Integrator to ensure all C&Q activities and updates are accurately reflected in the overall project schedule.

Run schedule scenarios to evaluate potential changes and clearly communicate impacts to stakeholders.

Ensure alignment between schedule progress and key C&Q milestones, including protocol readiness, execution, and closure of deviations or punch list items.

Qualifications

Minimum of 6 years of relevant experience in regulated project environments.

Proven experience developing and managing integrated project schedules for Commissioning & Qualification (C&Q) or comparable work.

Proficiency in scheduling tools such as Primavera P6 and/or Microsoft Project, with strong knowledge of schedule control practices (baseline management, progress tracking, forecasting).

Experience supporting CQV deliverables and turnover/handshake processes in GMP-regulated environments.

Familiarity with C&Q progress metrics and reporting (e.g., protocol readiness, execution status, deviation and punch list closure).

Strong analytical skills with the ability to assess schedule impacts and clearly communicate risks and drivers to stakeholders.

Excellent coordination skills to align scheduling with document readiness (protocols, test scripts, turnover packages) and field execution activities.

Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present schedule data, dashboards, and key metrics effectively.
