DUTIES:
Personal Care Assistance:
Assist individuals with daily living activities (bathing, grooming, toileting, dressing and feeding)
Health Support:
Administering medications (with training), monitoring vital signs, assisting with exercises, accompanying to medical appointments
Life Skills Training:
Teaching meal prep, cleaning, shopping
Behavioral & Emotional Support: Implementing behavior plans, de‑escalating crises, provide companionship and emotional support
Community Integration: Planning community outings (e.g. to libraries, parks, or events) and supporting social interaction
Safety & Documentation: Ensuring a safe environment, reporting incidents and documenting daily progress or challenges
WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR:
High School diploma or GED
Valid driver’s license & reliable transportation
Ability to pass background check
Compassionate, patient and dependable
Experience is a plus, but not required – we will train viable candidates
