What You'll Do:
Provide personalized care based on client care plans
Assist with ADLs (bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting)
Support mobility, transfers, and exercises
Prepare meals and assist with feeding
Monitor and report changes in condition
Accurately document care provided
Collaborate with the care team
What You Bring:
Active CNA/HHA License
CPR Certification
Compassionate and reliable
Strong communication skills
Ability to work independently and in a team
Physical ability for caregiving tasks
Valid driver's license
