Key Requirements
Epic Client System Manager Certification (required at time of submission)
Bachelor's degree in Business Management, Information Systems, or related field
1–2 years of relevant experience
Epic Hyperspace client support experience (deployment, upgrades, troubleshooting)
Citrix / VMware Horizon / VDI environment support experience
Ability to support after-hours maintenance and Epic upgrades
Schedule
Standard hours 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM, with required on-call support (24/7 via pager/phone). After-hours and weekend support is expected.
