Job Description
Adventist Health Sonora has been one of the area's leading healthcare providers since 1900. We are comprised of a 72-bed hospital, 30 medical offices, comprehensive cancer care and a vast scope of award-winning services located throughout Tuolumne and Calaveras counties and the surrounding areas.
Job Summary:
Provides support, assistance, service and delivery to outpatients in need of Durable Medical Equipment (DME). Delivers quality equipment and service to patients receiving outpatient care.
Job Requirements
Education and Work Experience
High School Education/GED or equivalent: Required
Associate’s/Technical Degree or equivalent combination of education/related experience: Preferred
Licenses/Certifications
Essential Functions
Tests and maintains equipment to ensure proper functioning per regulations and guidelines.
Provides support to patients by maintaining DME functioning per regulations and guidelines.
Serves as the liaison between patient, families, and medical staff.
Performs other job-related duties as assigned.
