Position Summary
Nesco Resource is seeking

Administrative Summer Workers

to support various departments within a professional and fast‑paced environment. This role offers hands‑on experience in administrative functions, data management, and project support, making it an excellent opportunity for students or recent graduates looking to gain real‑world experience.

Key Responsibilities

Provide general administrative and office support to assigned departments

Perform data entry, reporting, and documentation tasks with accuracy

Assist with organizing files, records, and departmental information

Support special projects, process improvements, and team initiatives

Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors

Maintain confidentiality and professionalism in all tasks

Follow all safety guidelines, company policies, and procedures

Perform additional duties as assigned

Minimum Qualifications

Currently pursuing a college degree OR a recent graduate

Strong communication and organizational skills

Basic computer proficiency (Microsoft Office, email, data entry)

Ability to work in a team‑oriented environment

Reliable, detail‑oriented, and eager to learn

Ability to take direction and adapt in a fast‑paced setting

Preferred Qualifications

Degree focus in Business, Engineering, Technology, or a related field

Previous internship, administrative, or office experience
