
Construction Project Manager

AvAirPros supports our airline and airport clients by serving as Airline Liaisons, Owner's Representatives, and Program/Project Managers. We represent our clients on capital improvement projects and support the airlines and airports on business, financial, technical, and operational issues.
As a Project Manager, you're responsible for the execution and successful completion of construction projects, overseeing all aspects from pre-design to closeout, ensuring projects are delivered on time and budget. You'll work closely with clients, stakeholders, architects, and general contractors to provide an efficient quality construction process on behalf of the owner.
You will coordinate with stakeholders, including both Airline and Airport Representatives, Engineering Representatives, and Construction project teams to assist with program implementation. You'll monitor the CIP Program and provide ongoing status updates to the Airline group. Finally, this role supports the ongoing partnership and engagement between the Airports and the Airline Group on the implementation of the CIP Program.
We're looking for a skilled Construction Project Manager with experience in aviation plus:
Minimum of 3-5 years of experience on medium to large, complex construction projects
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Excellent oral and written skills
Strong attention to detail and the ability to work independently
Skilled at building relationships and working collaboratively
Engineering, Construction Management or Architecture degree
