
On-Time Shipping Clerk

Job Description
Communicate daily production targets and serve as the primary liaison between production and cross-functional departments to ensure alignment and execution.
Oversee, coordinate, and assign daily work schedules and responsibilities for production floor personnel to meet operational goals.
Print, organize, and distribute physical production orders and related documentation in a timely manner.
Generate and review daily and weekly open delivery reports related to Sia shipments to ensure on-time fulfillment and accurate order tracking.
Monitor inventory levels of MRO supplies, consumables, and printer resources; submit replenishment requests as needed based on predefined thresholds.
Assist in the resolution of supplier-related issues for assigned commodities, collaborating with Quality and Procurement as needed.
Prepare and coordinate production line documentation packets, including production orders, quality alerts, and work instructions.
Investigate supplier quality complaints for damaged or nonconforming components, providing detailed documentation including quantity, issue description, supplier information, and location of discovery.
Participate in required training and development initiatives to maintain compliance and support continuous improvement.
Implement and sustain a daily housekeeping plan to ensure cleanliness and organization in designated work areas.
Utilize the Microsoft Axapta (Dynamics AX) system to manage order identification, coordination, and shipment processing.
Track and report daily performance metrics related to Sia activities, including labor hours, task accuracy, and productivity levels.
Qualifications
High school diploma or GED required
Proficiency in MS Office is expected along with SAP and DLX or similar Warehouse Management System experience
Excellent oral and written communication skills
Must be able to influence and work effectively with all levels of management and be cross-functional in the facility

The U.S. base salary range for this full‑time position is $22.78 - $27.12. Within the range, individual pay is determined based on several factors, including, but not limited to, work experience and job knowledge, complexity of the role, job location, etc.
