How would you like to earn $21.00 per hour for working as a Floor Coordinator with a great company? Adecco is currently hiring for Floor Coordinator Jobs with a local Customer in Charlotte, NC.

Responsibilities

Visible support for colleagues and visitors in the office to assist with requests/questions.

Optimization of conference rooms and agile workspaces to include real time support for all meetings and space needs, assistance with beverage and food set ups for meetings, refresh of conference, phone and huddle rooms to ensure approved supplies are present, chairs are reset to the lowest position and turned inward, and AV equipment is functional.

Assist with building facilities requests via building management portals and systems

Assist with new hire orientation and badge access and collection

Conduct floor walks to ensure space is maintained, clutter free and conference rooms are “meeting ready”

Manage and restock inventories for all spaces, and work directly with coffee and supply vendors for orders - handle receiving and the distribution of supplies to the breakrooms/kitchens.

Qualifications

2+ years experience in a service role - excellent customer service skills required

Experience with conference room set ups

Computer literate

Able to lift up to 30+ lbs.

Pay Details
$21.00 per hour
