
General Production/Assembly

You’ll be reading and understanding our blueprints and schematics to put parts together and conduct quality control checks. Work is in a climate‑controlled manufacturing facility with a friendly environment and a small company feel. Full‑time positions are available on 1st and 2nd shift. Positions come with benefits, a retention plan with increases, and a shift differential.
Key Responsibilities
Perform various manufacturing operations (Material Handling, Ream and Deburr, Countersink, Marking, or Rivet)
Read and interpret specifications, manuals, or assembly blueprints and schematics to plan building or assembly operations
Verify functioning, conformance to customer specification and machine capabilities by conducting quality control checks
Work with engineers to improve product reliability and manufacturing processes
Qualifications
Great hand‑eye coordination
Ability to multi‑task

Willingness to learn
Good attendance
Minimum High School Diploma or GED
Previous experience in a manufacturing environment is preferred but not required
Basic computer skills
Physical Demands
Able to lift and/or move up to 25 pounds and stand on a daily basis
Able to bend, twist, turn, carry, walk, sit, stoop, kneel, etc.
Able to successfully pass vision screens
Able to sit for prolonged periods
Extended hours required during peak workloads or special projects
Schedule
1st Shift – Monday – Thursday 6:00 am–4:30 pm, overtime possible daily and Fridays
2nd Shift – Monday – Thursday 3:30 pm–2:00 am, overtime possible daily and Sundays

This role is restricted to U.S. persons (U.S. citizens, permanent residents, and other protected individuals under the Immigration and Naturalization Act). Ferco Aerospace will require proof of status prior to employment.
