Job Description Summary
This Lifestyle Coordinator will execute the property’s marketing, leasing, event management, and renewal strategies to achieve occupancy, revenue, and resident retention goals. The role combines leasing and resident engagement, creating an exceptional living experience from first tour to long-term residency.
Responsibilities
Greets prospects and residents, ensures comfort while they wait, and assists with tours as needed.
Answers phone calls, routes calls appropriately, and assists with service request callbacks.
Maintains the guest suite schedule, ensuring proper payments, cleanliness, and timing of move‑ins and move‑outs.
Manages all package deliveries, documents arrival information, and notifies residents within 24 hours.
Ensures amenities are in tour condition and ready for resident use.
Develops and executes innovative events, services, and programs using amenity spaces; establishes outcomes and assessment metrics.
Keeps up‑to‑date local area information (restaurants, shops, delivery places) and maintains positive relationships with concierge vendors and local businesses; offers recommendations to residents.
Monitors Lifestyle e‑mail account, coordinates response with the Lifestyle Team, and promotes events, programs, and services.
Creates and produces the monthly calendar, newsletter, and flyers; submits items for resident portal postings.
Participates in ensuring Greystar sales and marketing program standards and benchmarks are met.
Provides input into budget development for planned activities and resident retention; manages expenses within budget.
Compensation
Hourly pay range: $20.00 – $22.00. Additional compensation may include quarterly or annual bonus programs for corporate positions or weekly, monthly, and/or quarterly bonus programs for onsite property positions.
