AD System Administrator
We are looking for an experienced professional who enjoys helping others and solving problems while staying hands‑on with modern IT tools. This role supports day‑to‑day incidents and requests related to Identity Management and Microsoft 365 applications such as Outlook, Teams, OneDrive, and Active Directory, focusing on the entire account lifecycle.
Key Responsibilities
Support and maintain Identity Management and Microsoft 365 services including Outlook, Teams, OneDrive, and Active Directory.
Manage account lifecycle services: account creation, modification, deprovisioning, and access management.
Support services related to accounts, passwords, and storage to ensure reliable delivery to customers.
Troubleshoot complex software, hardware, and network issues in collaboration with IT teams.
Monitor system performance to ensure availability, reliability, and optimal operation.

Preferred Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in an IT‑related field and at least 3 years of experience in supporting IT infrastructure system design, installation, Active Directory, and Identity operations, including on‑premise, hybrid, and public cloud environments.
At least 2 years of experience supporting and managing administrative consoles and systems.
Knowledge / Skills / Abilities
Strong written and verbal communication skills, with ability to analyze data and provide solutions to complex problems.
Ability to handle complex tasks and overcome technical obstacles to achieve business goals and timelines.
Ability to manage projects effectively, demonstrating a working knowledge of project management techniques.
Ability to establish working relationships with management, staff, users, and vendors as an effective team member.
