We are seeking a ServiceNow TNI (Telecommunications Network Inventory) Developer to lead the digital transformation of Data Center operations. This role focuses on leveraging the Telecommunications Network Inventory (TNI) application to build a unified, real-time inventory of data center infrastructure—including racks, power chains, and facility equipment—integrated with enterprise asset management and service delivery.
Key Responsibilities
Design and implement a TNI Data Model aligned with CSDM to manage data center hierarchies, from sites down to specific rack units.
Configure IntegrationHub ETL and Service Graph Connectors to synchronize data from DCIM tools into the CMDB while maintaining data integrity.
Drive Hardware Asset Management (HAM) workflows to govern the end-to-end lifecycle of servers and networking gear, ensuring accurate normalization and reconciliation.
Build and maintain an intuitive Service Catalog for data center requests (e.g., rack‑and‑stack, decommissioning). Ensure seamless integration between TNI and ITSM processes, specifically linking Incident, Problem, and Change Management to physical inventory for impact analysis.
Requirements
5+ years of ServiceNow development with expertise in TNI, CMDB, HAM, SPM, and ITSM.
Strong proficiency in ITSM modules and advanced Service Catalog development (Catalog Items, Producer, Flow Designer).
Proven track record in Data Center Inventory Management and modeling infrastructure relationships.
ServiceNow Certifications (CSA, CAD, or CIS-TNI/ITSM) required.
