We’re on the lookout for a Chef de Partie to join our award‑winning team at The Fish Hotel!

Set within the beautiful woodlands of our 500‑acre estate, The Fish Hotel is a laid‑back luxury retreat featuring the acclaimed seafood restaurant Hook (2 AA Rosettes), alongside vibrant lounge and bar spaces serving pizzas, small plates, cocktails and regional tipples.

As a Chef de Partie, you’ll take ownership of your section and play a key role in delivering consistently high‑quality dishes, working as part of a close‑knit, supportive brigade in a calm, well‑organised kitchen.

You’ll also benefit from working under the guidance of Michelin‑starred Culinary Director Martin Burge—making this a fantastic opportunity to refine your skills and progress your career.

What we’re looking for:

Experience as a CDP or strong Demi Chef ready to step up

A passion for quality ingredients and great food

A positive, reliable and professional approach

Strong teamwork and communication skills

A desire to learn and progress

The details:

£37,440 total package per year (including service charge)

48 hours per week, 5 days including weekends

Meals on duty and uniform provided

Live‑in accommodation available
