What You’ll Build
The SAP Internship Experience Program is SAP’s global, strategic, paid internship program that provides university students with opportunities to find purpose in their careers. This is more than an internship; it’s the foundation for a career built on connection, creativity, and impact.
Location & Availability
Location:
Hybrid – 3 days onsite per week in Newtown Square, PA
Expected start date – end date:
June 2026 – June 2027
Working hours:
Full time 40 hrs./week
Responsibilities
Clear recruiting operations reporting (e.g., weekly updates on open/filled requisitions), special project tracking, and presentation‑ready materials
Data‑informed insights that improve visibility into pipeline health, candidate flow, and recruiting outcomes
Hands‑on exposure to SAP Data & AI priorities—partnering with stakeholders to translate needs into clear requirements and using AI‑enabled tools to improve recruiting workflows and decision‑making
Support AI adoption through communications and enablement (e.g., job aids, training notes, best practices) and help track adoption metrics and feedback loops
Well‑managed projects with defined milestones, organized tracking, and timely stakeholder communication, especially in partnership with the Director of North America Talent Discovery
End‑to‑end recruiting execution support: identify, attract, screen, select, and help finalize offer processes
A strong foundation of knowledge in SAP’s business model, organization, strategy, and drivers—able to articulate SAP’s value proposition in a compelling way
Adoption and execution of SAP’s Talent Discovery Recruiting Model, with continuous improvements through attention to detail, process documentation, and follow‑through
Flexibility to take on other duties/responsibilities as assigned
What You’ll Bring
Education: Ideally pursuing a master’s degree in HR, Psychology, or related field; seniors in a bachelor’s program will be considered
Eligibility: Must be currently enrolled or a recent graduate (start date must be within 6 months of graduation date) from a bachelor’s or master’s program (or JD/PhD)
Any exposure to recruiting or corporate work environment highly preferred
Ability to manage multiple competing priorities, meet deadlines, and stay organized in a fast‑paced environment
Strong attention to detail, reporting discipline, and comfort working with data & analytics to track progress and inform decisions
Project management mindset (planning, tracking, and follow‑through) with strong written and verbal communication skills

Compensation Range Transparency
SAP believes the value of pay transparency contributes towards an honest and supportive culture and is a significant step towards demonstrating SAP’s commitment to pay equity. SAP provides the annualized compensation range inclusive of base salary and variable incentive target for the career level applicable to the posted role. The targeted annual combined range for this position is 0‑USD. The actual amount to be offered to the successful candidate will be within that range, dependent upon the key aspects of each case which may include education, skills, experience, scope of the role, location, etc. as determined through the selection process.
