This role is part of the Advisor Development Program – a multi‑stage training path that leads to a career as a Financial Solutions Advisor.
Responsibilities
Obtain and maintain Securities Industry licenses (Securities Industry Essentials, Series 7, and Series 66) within the program’s required timeframes.
Acquire, build, and manage client relationships, guiding clients through comprehensive financial planning and investment advice.
Identify client needs and recommend solutions using Bank of America and Merrill products.
Collaborate with core banking and investment partners to deliver integrated financial solutions.
Maintain regulatory compliance, including SAFE Act registration and required background checks.
Qualifications – Required Skills

Comfortable in a sales role, nurturing strong relationships with prospective clients.

Relevant experience, such as a bachelor’s degree or 1–2 years in the financial service or sales industry with a record of achieving goals.
Experience assessing client needs, recommending solutions, and building/ managing client relationships.
