We’re partnered with a high-end dealership in Ft. Lauderdale looking to bring on an experienced

Controller

to lead the accounting and financial operations of the business.
This is a key leadership role with strong visibility, ideal for someone who can own the full accounting function and drive financial accuracy and performance.
What you’ll be doing:

Oversee daily accounting operations (A/P, A/R, general ledger)
Manage month-end close and prepare financial statements
Reconcile bank accounts, schedules, and balance sheet accounts
Monitor cash flow, budgets, and overall financial performance
Maintain strong internal controls and office procedures
Ensure accuracy, organization, and timeliness across all financial processes
Manage high-value transactions with strong attention to detail
What they’re looking for:

10+ years of accounting experience (automotive industry preferred)
Strong background in financial reporting and month-end close
Solid understanding of accounting principles and internal controls
Experience in dealership accounting is a plus
Strong organizational and communication skills
High level of integrity and attention to detail
