Memory Care Support Partner
– Full Time
Location:
Wentzville, Missouri
Starting Wage:
$19.00–$21.00 per hour
Shift Schedule:
Tuesday – Saturday, 11 pm–7 am
Responsibilities
Advocate of Empathy: create human connection with residents during their most vulnerable moments.
Patient Observer: discover residents’ interests, abilities, and unique qualities; collaborate to create engagement plans and implement strategies.
Master of the Mise en Scène: set the stage for residents’ daily experience, from preparing rooms to arranging events.
Life Partner: partner with residents from waking to sleeping to support daily life facets.
Document resident care and changes in condition accurately.
Assist with orientation of new team members assigned to memory care neighborhoods.
Qualifications
At least 18 years of age.
High school diploma or equivalent.
Strong English reading, writing, and communication skills with residents.
Positive, energetic attitude.
Computer skills for printing and data entry.
Ability to stand, walk, bend, kneel, and stoop all day.
Ability to lift or move items up to 50 pounds.
Ability to assist residents with sitting, standing, walking, and provide post‑fall assistance.
Criminal clearance required.
