Job Summary
This internship is a full‑time, 40‑hour per week role designed for students pursuing a degree in engineering, manufacturing, or a related field who seek broad exposure within a manufacturing company. Students will experience various tasks across engineering, manufacturing, production, shipping, and quality departments. The role does not include company benefits or PTO.
Anticipated start date: May 25 or June 1. Anticipated end date: August 28.
Essential Job Duties
Perform daily routine inspection tasks, including:
Updating inspection sheets.
Adding and auditing the operation sequence path for IQA inspectors.
Utilize the ERP system (Epicor) for supplier evaluation and performance assessment.
Maintain up‑to‑date certification statuses by:
Monitoring classification 1‑5.
Tracking survey status.
Ensuring on‑time delivery and quality score.
Issuing a quality scorecard of these metrics.
Manual data entry for various processes.
Program the new Fowler VS.
Assist in quality training.
Perform miscellaneous duties as assigned.
Experience & Skills
Enrolled in a 2‑year or 4‑year degree program in engineering or manufacturing.
Available to work business hours 7:00 am–3:30 pm.
Full‑time role up to 40 hours per week.
12‑week program spanning from June through August.
Work will be performed 100% on‑site; remote or hybrid work is not permitted.
Willingness to flex into various departments performing short‑term assignments.
