The HR Coordinator works closely with the Recruiter and HR Manager to support daily HR operations, onboarding, and employee communications. This role plays a key part in coordinating onboarding activities, maintaining accurate employee records, supporting recruiting efforts, and providing responsive HR support to employees.
Key Responsibilities
Coordinate and support the onboarding process, including pre-employment steps, documentation, and New Hire Orientation.
Serve as a point of contact for candidates and new hires to ensure a positive onboarding experience.
Maintain accurate employee records and process HR transactions in the HRIS.
Support recruiting activities such as interview scheduling and candidate communications.
Respond to employee inquiries related to HR policies, benefits, and procedures.
Assist with HR reporting, audits, employee communications, and special projects.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
Minimum of 1 years of experience in an HR Assistant, HR Coordinator, or similar role.
Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
Excellent communication and customer service skills.
Proficiency with HRIS platforms and Microsoft Office.
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
