Position Summary
We are seeking a dependable and professional Receptionist / Office Clerk to serve as the first point of contact for our office while also supporting daily administrative operations. This role is ideal for someone who is organized, self‑motivated, and able to adapt to changing priorities in a fast‑paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
Greet visitors and provide a welcoming, professional first impression
Answer and direct incoming calls in a courteous and efficient manner
Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the office space
Handle outgoing and incoming mail, including post office runs
Assist with basic bookkeeping tasks such as preparing bank deposits
Support light Human Resources functions, including paperwork and employee communication
Monitor office supply levels and assist with ordering as needed
Provide general administrative support as needed to assist office operations
Adapt to fluctuating workloads and assist in additional areas as business needs change
Qualifications
Previous receptionist, administrative, or office support experience preferred
Strong communication and customer service skills
High level of organization and attention to detail
Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively
Self‑starter with a positive attitude and strong work ethic
Basic computer skills including email and data entry

This position can serve as a key support role within the office and may help create capacity for growth in other departments by maintaining daily operational flow.
