We are looking for candidates with:Experience leading full-cycle, complex, or executive-level recruitments, including strategy development, sourcing, selection, and offer.
Ability to apply an equity lens to recruitment processes, ensuring inclusive, accessible, and fair hiring practices that reduce barriers for diverse communities. Strong verbal and written communication skills in both English and Spanish, with the ability to create clear, culturally responsive, and accessible materials.
Proven ability to build strong partnerships and influence decision-making with leaders, hiring managers, and partners without formal authority. Experience developing and sustaining diverse talent pipelines through outreach, networking, and community partnerships.
Ability to use data, metrics, and labor market insights to inform recruitment strategies and improve hiring outcomes.
Knowledge of, and ability to apply, laws, rules, and policies to ensure recruitment processes are consistent, compliant, and defensible.
